Yes. We welcome many kinds of groups

groups, government groups, non-profit organizations

the city of Green Lake on State Hwy. 23 in south
central Wisconsin, close to the
state's population center.

What is the relationship
between the conference center and the Golf Courses
of Lawsonia?
The
Golf Courses of Lawsonia is a wholly-owned,
for-profit subsidiary of the Green Lake Conference
Center.
Does the Green Lake
Conference Center offer financial assistance?
Yes. Green Lake offers
scholarships for both youth and adults.
Is alcohol allowed?
No, alcoholic beverages, guns and illegal drugs are
not permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
All indoor facilities are smoke-free, but you can
smoke outside.
Are children included in the
occupancy counts?
Yes. All children, regardless of age, are included
in occupancy counts. Rooms, cabins, and houses have
occupancy limits which comply with state fire and
health codes. Upon check-in, a list of all occupants
is required for insurance purposes and in the event
of an emergency.
Can I pitch a tent or park a
trailer at my cabin or house?
No. Tents and trailers are not allowed in cabin or
house areas.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are only allowed in the campgrounds for tent
and trailer campers (not allowed for cabin renters).
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after them
and keeping them quiet. Dogs must be kept on a
leash.
Are dirt bikes, four-wheelers,
and snowmobiles allowed?
No. Skateboards, roller skates and roller blades are
allowed in outlying areas only. Mopeds, operated by
licensed drivers only, are restricted to the roads.
Is Green Lake Conference
Center handicap accessible?
The residential and meeting facilities at Green Lake
Conference Center are handicap accessible. However,
the distances between the major meeting, meal and
housing facilities range from 50 to 150 yards,
requiring walking on either a level or moderate
uphill or downhill terrain. Access to all buildings
is possible by personal vehicle. |
