What is your photo policy?

We regularly capture photos and videos across campus to use in promotional and informational materials for Green Lake Conference Center. By visiting our grounds, you and your group acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or recorded while participating in events or enjoying campus spaces. These images may be used in future Green Lake Conference Center publications, online content, or other media. Please inform your attendees of this policy prior to arrival. If you wish not to be featured in promotional materials, contact Brand Manager Emma Mott at [email protected].

What is the weather like at Green Lake Conference Center?

Is Green Lake Conference Center handicap accessible?

The residential and meeting facilities at Green Lake Conference Center are handicap accessible. However, the distances between the major meeting, meal, and housing facilities range from 50 to 150 yards, requiring walking on either a level or moderate uphill or downhill terrain. Access to all buildings is possible by personal vehicle.

Are non-profit & government groups allowed?

Yes. We welcome universities, schools, government groups, and non-profit organizations.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcoholic beverages, guns, and illegal drugs are not permitted. Groups may book a private, adults-only event catered by GLCC, during which beer and/or wine are served.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors but are permitted outdoors, away from entrances.

Can I pitch a tent or park a trailer at my cabin or house?

No. Tents and trailers are not allowed in cabin or house areas.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are only allowed in the campgrounds for tent and trailer campers (not allowed for cabin renters) and prairie. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and keeping them quiet. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Are dirt bikes, four-wheelers, and snowmobiles allowed?

No. However, skateboards, roller skates, and rollerblades are allowed in outlying areas only. Mopeds, operated by licensed drivers only, are restricted to the roads.
