Below is a list of available audio-visual equipment and services to support your meeting or event.

All charges are daily unless noted next to the individual item. Items are subject to change and availability.

  • Meeting Room Internet – Wireless or Hardwire (Per meeting space for up to 7 days): $90.00

  • Staughton Hall Projection – 2 projectors with 2 screens: $300.00

  • Pillsbury Hall Projection Package – 2 projectors with 2 screens: $400.00

  • Portable Tripod Screen: $30.00

  • Portable Speaker – Includes one wired microphone and stand: $75.00

  • Wireless Lavaliere or Hand-Held Microphone with Stand: $50.00

Staging

  • Portable Staging – Each piece is 4′ x 8′ (121.9 x 243.8 cm), standard height 18″ (45.7 cm), adjustable to 24″ (61 cm).
    Includes skirting and steps (steps with handrail available). One-Time Charge per piece for up to 7 days: $75.00

  • Choir Risers – Maximum of 5. One-Time Charge Per Piece for up to 7 Days: $75.00
