Enjoy Fresh, Convenient Dining During Your Stay

Green Lake Conference Center offers a lake view and fellowship opportunities with every breakfast, lunch, and dinner in Bauer Dining Room.

Enjoy meals that bring people together.

At Green Lake Conference Center, we believe something sacred happens when people gather around a table. Meals are more than just nourishment, they’re a time for fellowship, reflection, and connection. Our rotating buffet menu features a variety of options, a salad bar, and guest favorites like our self-serve ice cream station. It’s a place where laughter is shared, friendships grow, and community is built.

  • Dairy allergies (almond milk available upon request)
  • Egg allergies
  • Nut allergies (peanut or tree nut)
  • Vegetarian diets

To request alternative meals for any of the five allergies/diets listed above, please complete the Medical Dietary Request Form at least two weeks before your arrival. Advance notice allows us to prepare accordingly, last-minute requests may not be accommodated.

Please note that if a guest with a combination of these needs, other allergies not listed, or restrictive and medical dietary needs may not be accommodated even with advanced notice. Moreover, we do not provide meals for children or adults with life-threatening allergies.

Guests with vegan preferences are welcome to choose from the items prepared on our buffets and bring their own supplemental items. We will be more than happy to store and serve your items from our kitchen.

If you require a more restrictive diet, you’re encouraged to bring your own prepared food. We can refrigerate and reheat these items with advance notice, contact [email protected] to arrange.
