Bauer Dining Room in Kraft Centre serves buffet style meals including all you can eat ice cream! Whether you're seated at a table with a lake view or gathered around the cozy fireplace, you'll enjoy eating in the dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The main dining room seats 540. Contact Guest Services for hours of operation and rates. Within the main dining room there are two additional dining rooms, Tower and Mitchell, for small groups. Tower Dining Room seats 84 and Mitchell Dining Room seats 96.

Dietary preferences such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan will be honored when possible; an alternative is not guaranteed at every meal. Preregistration is not necessary for these dietary preferences.
Medical/Allergic Dietary Needs
We will provide alternative meals to guests with medical or allergic dietary needs such as nut allergies, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc. Food is cooked separately to avoid cross contamination when necessary. Medical/allergic dietary needs must be communicated 2 weeks prior to arrival by filling out the Medical/Allergic Dietary Request Form. This form is for medical/allergic dietary needs only (not for dietary preferences). You will be contacted the week before your arrival regarding your meal accommodations.

Director of Dining & Catering Services: Mary Disterhaft
Mary oversees the operation of our dining and catering services. Keeping up on trends in the food service industry, she works with our chef to provide menus that meet the demands and needs of our guests. She manages multiple food service staff members ensuring that meals, breaks and catered events are served in a timely, attractive manner. Mary is Green Lake’s “hostess with the mostess.” She has been decorating our dining spaces with flair since 1983.

Ollie's Place Internet Café is in Kraft Centre in-between Bauer Dining Room and the lobby. It is named for longtime Green Lake supporter and friend Oliver Shaw. It's a cozy place to enjoy beverages, food and wireless Internet access.
In addition to regular and flavored coffees, Ollie's Place offers hot and iced coffees including cappuccino, latte, mocha, Frappuccino, redeye, espresso, café au lait, Americano, Chai tea latte and steamers; hot tea and hot chocolate. Food items include bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwich, brats, burgers, wraps, quesadillas, French fries, pickle fries and fried cheese curds. Stop in and satisfy your sweet tooth with hand-dipped ice cream made in Wisconsin and gelato! |
