Sarah expresses, “Learning how to not only do ministry in the ministry field, but also carry it into every workforce I’m in has been a really valuable lesson that I wasn’t anticipating learning.” Another critical skill Sarah emphasizes is “learning how to listen to my coworkers and be an ear to listen, an arm to help in all circumstances, and a shoulder to lean on.”
